History
Humans are widely feared, respected, or loathed by others. Most elves dislike them because of their barbaric ways and their need to take what
isn’t theirs. They intrigue sephorians because of their spontaneity. Rahn shi like them because they are easily persuaded and deceived. All other races enjoy
their company and will get along with them as much as possible.
Most of the wars on Caxtrin were a direct result of the humans trying to take what doesn’t belong to them. Even to this day they are the only race that will go
to war against others of his or her kind besides the grand battles between the dargats and dwarves. If you ask a dwarf though, dargats are mere mockeries of
real dwarves and should never be falsely accused as one.
One thing that has been adapted by the other cultures of Caxtrin is the humans’ abilities to love and create. Humanitarianism has become known as the most
exquisite thing in life as long as nothing else is destroyed in the process.
Beliefs
Humans will put their faith towards pretty much any God that stands before them. They might even put their faith in a dead rat if a guy
comes up the street shouting that it is the savior of souls. With all of the false religions that have been created over time, there is no real God that
seems to be a human one, but they have made their claim on all of them. Most of the Human commoners are now swayed to believe in the Darkyn God of Deltayn
since he is the most prominent force among the lands now. Since so many people seem to believe in it so strongly, it must be the right path... Their faith
in Deltayn is absolute and they believe and follow the goodness of His teachings for the most part. Condemning others and committing unspeakable acts of
evil in Deltayn’s name is not rare for a human. People of this race predominantly fall under the belief of, “If you don’t think exactly like me, you must
be evil.” This thought process has become the humans’ demise in many confrontations in the past, but they never seem to learn from it.
Abilities
Unlike other races, humans can become an expert in any Character Skill on 1st level by spending both of their Character Skills on the same skill.
